Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can take place at your home or at an outdoor location across Ipswich, Brisbane, the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast. I’m more than happy to offer suggestions if you’re not sure.

What if my kids don’t cooperate?
We’ll get there, don’t worry. Sessions are relaxed and flexible. We’ll follow their lead and focus on interaction rather than perfect behaviour. Getting the kids onboard is part of my role, leave that to me.

What if my partner isn’t keen on photos?
That’s very common. Most partners tell me they’re not looking forward to it — and almost always leave saying it was easier than they expected. I keep sessions relaxed, natural and efficient. No awkward posing, no long drawn-out direction. Just gentle guidance and space to be yourselves.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
If it’s raining or the forecast looks unpredictable, we simply reschedule. Sunset sessions rely on good light, so I always prioritise quality over rushing ahead. There’s no extra fee for weather changes — we’ll find another date that works.

How long does a family session go for?
Most sessions run for around an hour, sometimes a little longer if we need it. There’s no stopwatch — just enough time to settle in, move around and capture a beautiful mix of connection and individual portraits without anyone feeling over it.
